About Us
The Life Center is a UK-based community organisation founded on Christian values and a clear vision to create a supportive platform where individuals are empowered to rebuild, restore, and transform their lives. Whether navigating difficult experiences or simply the challenges that come with life’s journey, we are here to walk alongside you. Our work extends from remote and in-person one-to-one support for individuals, to consultancy services for organisations, all tailored to meet diverse needs.
The Life Center offers three key programs/activities:
The Emotional Detox Program
A restorative space for women, offering complimentary coaching sessions and retreats. This program integrates the restorative justice principle of forgiveness, alongside expressive-vent-writing practices to support healing from emotional pain.
MAK! – Making Alopecia Kool!
A movement dedicated to reshaping the narrative around alopecia. We support women living with alopecia to rediscover confidence and embrace their identity, grounded in the belief that they are fearfully, wonderfully, and beautifully made.
TLC Publishing
An initiative designed to inspire and equip women to share their stories through writing. We provide guidance and support for those looking to write and self-publish their own books.
If you are unsure which programme is right for you, we invite you to get in touch for a discovery session. We are here to support you every step of the way.
“This program is laced with the Holy Spirit and carries healing and deliverance in it to set the captives free!”
